I have been working with my current hosting company for years now. Its always nice to know that your server administrator sleeps in the room next to the servers that your sites are hosted on. I have never ever had any problems or noticed any downtime to any of the sites on his servers.

When I do website search engine pushing, or search engine optimization. The admin login has a couple different graphing applications to track your website usage. You are able to track who, where and when people surfed your site. Which pages were viewed; and most importantly what site linked them you your site. This will tell you what search engine was used and what were the search terms. This info I use to work on the promotion of your site.
